“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”

Client Testimonials

“Jessica coached me during moments in my personal and professional journey where there was great change, transformation and challenge. I found myself overwhelmed by options and noise, making it difficult to tune into myself or make decisions. Since working with Jessica, I've been able to find coherence between my inner values and how they translate to everyday decisions and bigger priorities. She's helped me gain clarity and direction as I embark on new stages of my career and life.

It was incredibly enlightening and cathartic to work with Jessica. She is empathetic and a great listener. Her generous energy, and true compassion for my journey and willingness to hold and support me as I unravel the messiness and noise helped me feel safe to dig deep into vulnerable spaces to find clarity and coherence. Jessica uses flexible methods and tools that helped uncover where there was inconsistencies and tensions that held me back from achieving the life and professional goals I wanted. She helped me understand what was most important. Working with Jessica means being seen as a whole human, with all the different parts that make up an authentic life. She helped me understand that all these pieces are held in balance and complementarity.

I would highly recommend coaching with Jessica for those who want to find peace, support and joy in their professional and personal journeys. Whether you are feeling stuck, going through a major external transition, leadership challenge or internal awakening, Jessica will help you tune into your strengths and needs and live an authentically joyful existence.”

Cynthia Liao (Chatham House Academy Fellow, Shwarzman Scholar)

"Through somatic coaching, Jessica helped me acknowledge that my stress was produced by a desire to be happy, and it made me realize how unhappy I actually was. Through visualization tools and her non-judgemental presence, Jessica helped me navigate my inner chaos and understand my emotional vicious cycle. . The practice was very powerful and deep. By the end of it I came to realize that I can tap into happiness at any time - it is always within my reach. Happiness is freedom. We agreed on my homework to practice somatic work to develop the muscle of choreographing the stress. Thank you so much Jessica for a deep and meaningful process, and for being such a patient, perceptive, kind and generous coach and human. I truly appreciate you and our relationship."

Liza Futerman (somatic educator, artist, author)

“Jessica has a perfect mix of warmth and kindness. But she's also incredibly good at making sure you stay true to your goals. She knows just how to steer our sessions right to the core of what's on my mind. She asks exactly the right questions, the ones you know but avoid asking yourself.

I had parts of my life that I wanted to do better in, like dating and working on side projects. But it was kind of a blur, tangled with unclear feelings. Jessica has this amazing skill. She took these jumbled parts of my life, split them up, and helped me see each one clearly. Now, I feel I can see what my real goals are, and more importantly, why they matter to me.

In every session, Jessica is a calm voice that cuts through the noise in my head. She has a lot of knowledge on so many different things. But it's not just that she knows a lot, it's how she connects things together in ways you wouldn’t expect, like mixing scrum with dating.

What I truly love about Jessica's style though, is how real and different it feels. If you're a person you will probably benefit greatly from it. I'm kidding but also, I think almost anyone would benefit from her approach and knowledge. If, like me, you've got a lot of different things you want to work on, like creative side projects, dating, and work, then I think you'll especially appreciate how Jessica can help with all of them in a way that feels balanced and connected. Most importantly she is just fun to talk to.”

“Thoughout my work with Jessica, I grew as a leader and as a person. Jessica has an open, loving, nourishing approach that helped me think creatively in ways I haven’t with other teammates or coaches. Jessica was especially good at breaking down challenges, bringing useful frameworks forward, and merging a wide range of experiences in creative problem solving, leadership, design, and more. Thanks to her approach, I was able to develop new ways to approach technical challenges, product-related hiccups, company-wide cultural topics, and even personal and professional development.

Our company reached some incredible milestones during my coaching with Jessica - at each session, we were able to look at the changes and celebrate the steps taken to build the company further. If you are a CEO or leader seeking to try some new approaches and to shepherd throughout change, I highly recommend coaching with Jessica.”

Bethany Deshpande (CEO, SomaDetect)

"I’ve known Jessica for over 10 years and recently started doing a few coaching sessions with her. She’s a great listener and is able to help me think through high level challenges that have been keeping me up at night, as well as tactical day to day operational effectiveness problems.

She’s able to help me think through my own thoughts, challenge assumptions and prejudices, and make me a more well-rounded leader and person. I also like that she keeps me accountable with follow-ups, writings and checkins. She’s friendly and approachable, but also grounded, practical and pushes for the best version of you, which I really appreciate.

I would recommend anyone looking for practical, effective coaching and self development to work with Jessica!”

Henry Shi (CTO of Super.com, Forbes 30 Under 30)

"Jessica is a trusted colleague and peer. As a coach she showed up to our sessions with a sense of calm and groundedness that immediately translated to my own sense of peace. I trust Jessica as a coach because I know she is there for me, and she is without judgment. She is creative and meets me where I'm at during sessions. She supported me in thinking through some really fundamental things about my career, and I am forever in appreciation of our time together."

Dasami Moodley (Associate Professor, California College of Arts)

“Jessica has been an incredible coach to me. She has a remarkable ability to actively listen and allow me to work through my thoughts and challenges, and provide a clear framework for moving forward.

I appreciate her accountability and support in helping me set and achieve biweekly goals. More importantly, Jessica created a safe and nurturing environment where I felt comfortable exploring my vulnerabilities, reconnecting with my inner child, and empowering myself. Jessica helped me develop the tools I needed to overcome my self-doubt and build a strong, assertive mindset that has enabled me to take on new challenges with ease. Through her guidance and a variety of effective practices, I now have more clarity and direction when it comes to my self-awareness and goals.

I would recommend it to everyone but especially those who struggle with anxiety or self-criticism, or who feel stuck in their personal or professional lives and are looking for guidance and support to move forward.

Rabbia Gupta (Windmill Microlending)

“I was struggling with communication and having a hard time identifying root causes of issues. Throughout the coaching, I was able to obtain and develop very useful tools that will help me in all aspects of my life. Jessica provided a safe space to explore and discover, and to learn from my struggles and roadblocks. I would highly recommend working with her for professional and life coaching, knowing that she will tailor her approach for each individual and each coaching goal.”
